Marketplace Usage Guide

1. Browse & Filter

Use the Category, Price, and Type filters on the 'Store' tab to quickly find specific products like paid templates, free guides, or resources in a particular niche.

2. View Product Details

Click on any product card to see the full description, image gallery, FAQs, and pricing details. Check the price and whether the product is Paid or Free.

3. Add to Cart or Buy Now

Use the "Add to Cart" button to save items for later. Use "Buy Now" (or "Get Now" for free items) to proceed directly to checkout with only that item.

4. Checkout & Contact Info

In the Cart view, click "Proceed to Checkout". You will be asked for your Name and Contact (Email or WhatsApp). This information is crucial for receiving order updates and download links.

Key Store Features

Account & Authorization

Guest Mode: When you first open the site, you are automatically signed in as a Guest. You can browse, add to cart, and place orders. Orders are linked to your browser session (Guest ID).

Registered Account: We strongly recommend registering (Profile tab). Registration links your current Guest ID, saving your orders permanently, enabling credit usage, and starting your referral program eligibility.

Switching: Registered users can switch back to a temporary Guest session via the Profile tab if needed, but your history remains safe in your permanent account.

Credits & Rewards

Credits are store currency (₹1 Credit = ₹1). They are non-transferable and can only be used for discounts on paid items during checkout. You earn credits through successful referrals.

Referral Program

When you register, you receive a unique referral link (found in the Profile tab). Share this link! If a new user signs up and makes their first successful purchase using your link, you earn a commission (credits) which is tracked in your Referral Stats page.

Order Tracking

Use the "Orders" tab. If you are registered, your full history is visible. Guests can track a pending order using the 6-digit Order ID received upon placing the order.

Important Note on QR Code: If you are on mobile, use the "Download QR Code" button to save the image, allowing you to upload it to your preferred UPI app for payment.

The Admin Approval Flow

Unlike automated systems, we require manual verification to ensure payment security and accuracy. This ensures you only pay us directly.

  • PENDING: Once you click "I Have Paid," your order status becomes PENDING.
  • Admin Check: Our admin team manually checks our UPI account for a payment matching the amount and reference of your order.
  • DELIVERED: Upon successful verification, the Admin changes the status to DELIVERED. The download links for your purchased products will immediately appear in the Order Details view on the Orders tab.
  • MISSED/STUCK ORDER: If your order status remains PENDING for more than 24 hours, use the "Support" tab to submit a request with your Order ID and payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID).
